Harvard Medical School IT will perform network maintenance on Saturday, February 25, 2017 (5 a.m. - 12 p.m.). Members of the Harvard community (e.g., cross-registered students) using eCommons credentials will not be able to connect to HMS services during this window.

Please be advised the eCommons tab (on HarvardKey login page) won't work during the outage. Applications that are outside the HMS network will redirect users, however the eCommons login will fail (e.g., O365, OASIS, and Canvas).

If you have difficulty reconnecting to an HMS service after 12 p.m. on Saturday, February 25, please contact the HMS IT Service Desk at 617-432-2000 or itservicedesk@hms.harvard.edu with any concerns or questions.
