Users received a timeout message and/or a certificate error when attempting to access portal.my.harvard.edu and courses.my.harvard.edu earlier today. Users will be directed to a maintenance message, as is expected, for the duration of our scheduled maintenance window.

my.harvard undergoes mandatory system maintenance at a time determined by the vendor that hosts our servers. The maintenance period is quoted for 5:00 PM ET Friday - early Monday Morning, though most times, the system is available much sooner.
