Cisco will be performing scheduled maintenance for Harvard Phone (VOIP) on Friday, August 7th, from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM EDT.

During this time, phones will fail over to the backup data center, which takes seconds. Calls in process will not be disrupted.

Once the primary data center is fully back online, the phones will move back to the primary data center. We expect normal service to resume after the maintenance window.
