HUIT will perform scheduled maintenance on Harvard Phone (VOIP) from 9:00 p.m. EDT on Sunday, October 11, through 6:00 a.m. EDT on Monday, October 12.

Calls are not expected to be affected during the maintenance window. Phones will automatically fail over to backup servers while required services are restarted and will fail back as the backup servers are updated. Webex users may be prompted to sign in again if their active session has expired.

Normal service is expected to resume at the conclusion of the maintenance window.
