We will be performing scheduled maintenance for Harvard Phone (VOIP) on Wednesday, April 15, from 10:00 PM through Thursday, April 16, at 6:00 AM.

During this maintenance window, physical phones will be reset twice, taking approximately one minute to come back online each time. After the second reset, there will be no further interaction with the phone and no further impact on service. Webex softphones will not be affected, and we do not expect any interruption to calls in progress on any device.
