Kiteworks Secure File Transfer Service Maintenance

There is a planned maintenance event for Harvard’s Kiteworks Secure File Transfer Service on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at 6:00 pm EST. The Kiteworks Secure File Transfer service will be unavailable from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The purpose of this maintenance window is to migrate single sign-on to Okta. This is expected to take the full two-hour window, and there will be no changes to the end user interface or experience.

A reminder that Microsoft Outlook Encryption is available for use for M365 email users to send encrypted emails and files up to 150 MB in size. This service supports Level 4 data and below.
