There is a planned maintenance event for Harvard's Kiteworks Secure File Transfer Service on Thursday, October 22, 2026, at 6:00 pm EDT. The Kiteworks Secure File Transfer service will be unavailable from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm.

The purpose of this maintenance window is to install security updates for the Kiteworks service. This is expected to take the full two-hour window, and there will be no changes to the end-user interface or experience.
