Maintenance Details: Disaster recovery failover testing for Kurmi (failover to secondary)

Impact Windows:
Friday, March 24th 4-8PM (impact in the beginning of the event)
• Administration Services Moratorium: Access to the Harvard Phone Account portal, Harvard Phone Kurmi Service Requests, and the Kurmi Administration and Sub-administration for voicemail password resets will be down for 30 minutes at the beginning of this event.

Please note that there will be no impact to desk phone service or jabber service. Jabber users will maintain the ability to access voicemail, manage forwarding, and single number reach via the application during the maintenance.
