Accellion Kiteworks Secure File Transfer Service will be unavailable on Thursday, April 29th between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
Purpose of this maintenance window:
People who send messages using Kiteworks no longer receive notifications when their messages are downloaded by the recipient(s). Our attempt to resolve this issue during the scheduled maintenance window last Thursday was unsuccessful. In order to further troubleshoot the issue, our engineering team will work with the vendor during the new maintenance window to install a patch that will gather additional diagnostic information.
