A Harvard Phone maintenance is scheduled on Thursday April 22, 2021, 10:00 PM to April 23, 2021 2:00 AM. During the maintenance window from 10:05 PM to 10:20 PM there will be a 5-minute interruption in phone service to and from Jabber and VoIP desk sets. During the 5-minute interruption when platform equipment is replaced, inbound/outbound calls in progress will drop. Calls will succeed when redialed or re-attempted, and new calls will succeed both inbound and outbound. Note once testing activities are completed if there is a need to roll-back the change, phone service interruptions as outlined above will occur again on April 23rd between 12:00 AM and 12:45 AM.
