Identified

New device registration for the Harvard Secure and eduroam wireless networks is currently unavailable due to a SecureW2 outage. Devices already registered on these networks are unaffected.

Investigating

We are investigating an issue with new SecureW2 registrations for the Harvard Secure and Eduroam networks. Existing registrations are not impacted. Registrations for the wired and Guest networks continue to operate normally.
