From Thursday, April 3, 2025 from 10:00PM until Friday, April 4th at 07:00AM, HUIT engineers will be updating the software of the current regional core equipment in the NW region as part of our routine maintenance schedule.

On-premise wireless network services will be impacted by this software update to the current regional core equipment in the Northwest Region (NW), resulting in wireless network service interruptions between 1-5 minutes at all downstream locations while work is underway.
