IAM Production Oracle DB Patching

IAM will be applying the latest security patches for Oracle RDS, APEX, and ORDS to the IAM ID Registry database.

During the upgrade, XML imports, exports, and Informatica data syncs will be temporarily suspended. The database will be backed up, and the Oracle patches will be applied "in-place".

Please note that there will be no impact on authentication with HarvardKey.
