Cisco will be performing scheduled maintenance for Harvard Phone (VOIP) on Thursday, August 13, from 5:00 PM to 6:00 AM EST.

During this time, phones will fail over to the backup data center, which takes seconds. Once the primary data center is fully back online, the phones will move back to the primary data center and restart to download a new software load.

Calls in process will be disconnected when the phone reboots. We expect normal service to resume after the maintenance window.
