The Identity API Service will be unavailable 8:00PM to 9:30 PM on Wednesday, May 21st to migrate to Microsoft Graph API from no-longer supported Azure AD API service.

HSR Portal, which relies heavily on the API service, will also be unavailable for the duration of the outage.
