In order to resolve some intermittent performance issues we are experiencing with HUIT’s Secure File Transfer Service, powered by Accellion Kiteworks, a patch will be installed on Thursday, January 17, 2019 between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM. The root cause of these issues has been identified by the vendor and will be corrected by this patch. Impacts to users of the service:
• The Accellion Kiteworks service will be unavailable during the installation.
• There are no expected changes to the user interface.
