The Identity API Service will be unavailable from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on June 30 to add active Microsoft mailbox and Google account checks to the official email and LoginName API calls to protect against breaking users' active mailboxes.

Key Self Service (including HarvardKey password resets and claiming), MIDAS, and HSR Portal, which rely on the API service, will also be unavailable for the duration of the outage. There is no impact on HarvardKey authentication.
