Vendor maintenance will be performed on infrastructure supporting Harvard's Emergency Communication system starting on Wednesday (5/13) and concluding on Thursday (5/21). Work will be conducted during the maintenance window from 11:00 PM EST to 6:00 AM EST each night until completed.

During this time, we do not anticipate any interruption in service. HUIT CTS staff will be working closely with the vendor to identify any issues and will send notifications as appropriate.
